What We Do
Our work is scoped cleaning under written contract. Property managers contact us when they need a reliable, documented cleaning program for a building's common areas — lobbies, elevator bays, corridors, restroom cores, and the spaces that fall between tenant suites and require neutral-party maintenance.
Before the first crew arrives at any new building, we produce a written scope of work. That document describes every area covered, every surface type, every frequency, and every supply item included. You sign off on the scope before work begins. The scope is what the crew works from, and changes go through you.
Our Service Area
We operate within a 25-mile radius of Stillwater, covering communities in Washington County on the Minnesota side and St. Croix County on the Wisconsin side. That includes Oak Park Heights, Bayport, Lake Elmo, Grant, Baytown Township, and Marine on Saint Croix in Minnesota; and Hudson and Houlton in Wisconsin.
The Saint Croix Valley has its own operating conditions. Seasonal salt tracking from November through March adds wear to lobby floors across the corridor. The historic commercial buildings on Main Street in Stillwater require different cleaning protocols than the post-2010 Class B buildings in Oak Park Heights. We have managed both for 22 years and scope accordingly.
