General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in multi-tenant buildings and commercial parks. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote at no charge. If your lease or building management agreement requires a specific additional insured endorsement, request that in your quote submission and we will accommodate it in the proposal.
We do not publish policy numbers on this site — those travel with the certificate of insurance, which goes to the named property manager or management company on the account. If you need a certificate of insurance before signing a contract, we provide it during the proposal stage.
Bonding
We are bonded. Bonding covers property managers and building owners against loss due to employee dishonesty. Every crew member who enters a building under contract is covered under our bond. If your property management agreement requires evidence of bonding, request it with your quote and we include it in the proposal package.
Workers' Compensation
We carry workers' compensation coverage for all crew members. This is relevant for property managers and building owners because a cleaning contractor without workers' comp creates a potential liability exposure for the building in the event of a crew injury on site. Our coverage eliminates that exposure. Documentation is available on request.

We have operated continuously in the Saint Croix Valley for 22 years. Longevity in a market like this one — where commercial real estate cycles and building management companies change frequently — is itself a form of credential. The buildings on our active client list include properties we have cleaned for more than a decade. The retention reflects a program that performs to spec, not a low-price pitch that erodes after the first quarter.
What We Don't Claim
We do not manufacture awards, certifications, or industry designations beyond what we have verifiably earned and can document. We don't publish named client references on this site, because doing so without explicit consent from those property managers or building owners would be inappropriate. If references are a requirement for your selection process, request them in your quote submission and we will arrange them directly.
